If people don't feel this is enough workout, they really aren't focusing in on the details of Pilates method exercise. What makes these DVDs award-winning (STOTT is famous for exceptional quality I always appreciate) in that they give you the detail to get it right. If someone wants a quick choreography of big moves that leave you feeling winded, then this is not the DVD for you. However, as a Pilates instructor, my clients love this DVD and report excellent results IF they pay attention to the small details of posture placement and quality of movement. Golf is a sport that really requires an attention to detail and power as well as control in the swing. Pilates is an exceptional way to improve one's game if done right. I highly recommend this DVD and the level II as well. Not sure if Amazon sells them also as a set, but they are cheaper that way. If not here, look at the STOTT website for the set - and nope, I do not work for them. :-) I honestly think people will be amazed at their improved fitness and golf game, if they follow the instructions with care.

Vey low impact. A lot of talking it seems. Not sure if exercises really work because of how little you're actually doing.
