Excellent replacement for original. Looks and functions just like my 3 year old original that stopped working due to my own fault. Update 9-15 on purchase. The charger worked great last fall, this fall it will not work when I tried using it again. Fuse appears good and wires are like new. I'll try another new one before saying not to buy.

I had originally given this item only one star. Because it only worked one time. However! I went back and read the directions again and got it to work again. You must select the voltage and hook up the clips to the battery "Before" plugging it into an outlet. Or it won't work. So I'll wait till next month when I will need to use it again and see if it will still work then.
As they say. "When all else fails go back and read the directions".

Not satisfied. even though Rechargeable Lantern 6 volt battery is sown to 3.28 volts Grenn light on charger comes on and after two days (48 hours) battery has not come up and green light on charger is still on. Same with two other batteries.

I thought this was a great idea for a small 6/12 volt battery charger. The first time I used it, it worked great but the second time it was DOA. Just another piece of Chinese junk and I would advise to buy something that is American made

Work fine and has 3 LEDs to indicate how is the charge. I had a totally bad discharged battery and the charger didn't turn on the red light but this only happens I think for safety that the charger believe that nothing is connected, then I tried one with some charge and made the three cycle completes. The only think I don't gave 5 star is because of the alligators that are too hard too open with the slippery plastic cover.

It does not work. The fuse in the cord of the charger is good but when plugged into an outlet it does not give off any electricity. It has to have some bad wiring in the plug. I just opened it so I am past the 30 day return policy. Don't waste your money on this product.

I bought this charger to re-charge my Verizon FiOS battery so I didn't have to buy a new battery for 3-4x. The charger did the job. The only complain I have is that the LED indicators (or rather circuitry behind them) seem to be messed up - the battery was pretty depleted when I connected it to the charger, but the charger showed green light instead of red indicating full charge. I just disregarded that and left it charging for several hours, which did the job (confirmed with an electric tester).

It arrived with a blown fuse. I replaced the fuse and the thing never worked. Tried multiple outlets, read the instructions in case it was not self explanatory, and then came to the realization that it was junk. Do not waste your money. Purchase one for $20 or more.
