Terrible Quality

Great idea, nice fabric, but the construction of this is horrible. I have owned it for about 5 months, and it's on it's way to the garbage can.

Within a week, the loops to connect the buttons had ripped so they were not able to be reattached. Without these, the divided areas don't stay divided and the storage caddy loses it's shape... basically leaving you with a shopping tote that looks totally sloppy.

Save money, buy a different caddy. You will be disappointed with this one.

This was something I purchased after having my baby home for a few days. What a relief! Before having this, I kidded myself into thinking i would change my daughter in her room or in my room. This caddy allowed me to neatly organize and contain her diapering essentials and have them handy in the living room. The case is so pretty that I don't mind storing it right under my coffee table. I'll be getting this as a shower gift for my friends in the future - its just one of those things you don't think about when you're pregnant but it's so helpful to have.

Smaller than you think -- but still useful

The product description states that the caddy measures 13" x 9" x 7". The 13" measurement is the height from the bottom of the caddy to the top of the handles if they are held up. The actual height of the caddy part is only 6 inches. Having said that, I am finding it completely suits my needs, which is to hold all of my knitting supplies, including my current project and its yarn. It has a lot of pockets for good organization, and the interior dividers are very handy for keeping supplies separated. As the title of the product states, it's a caddy, so it's not useful for travel. However, i lug it around the house just fine ;)

Much cheaper quality than it looks in the picture

This was not at all the quality that I expected. The separator is corrugated cardboard covered in very thin cheap cotton. One of the buttons immidately fell off when I tried to attach the separator, and there's no stability in the walls at all. I'm baffled why this has such a high rating...I think it's way over priced for the quality and I definitely wouldn't buy it again.

Functionable...I guess

Overall the little organizer is cute. When this arrived I opened it up and discovered that it had a divider that I needed to attach in the center of the organizer. It is held in place by buttons (they look like little white shirt buttons)sewn to the organizer and little fabric eyelets on the divider (they go over the buttons). The eyelets broke immediately. Now the divider is just sitting in the middle. I guess it will still work, but it is disapppointing that it broke before I ever used it. Even if I had been able to get the eyelets on the button the fabric was so weak it would have broken when I tried to put anything in it. The divider is just poorly constructed. The rest of the organizer seems okay though, but I don't hold out hope that it will last long.

I had originally ordered the jj cole caddy. the drawer didn't slide in and out. Plus, what i loved about this caddy is that i can definitely use it for plenty of other storage when my baby is out of diapers. Right now, it holds everything i need at the changing table...plus, whenever we stay somewhere, i just grab the caddy and i instantly have it all together and ready to go. Haven't had it long, but seems like good quality and it looks great! Would def recommend. i luv mine.

Perfect size, well made, good price.

The Good: I purchased this item for the purpose of holding all my scrap-booking tools when I am out at a retreat or class. It seems well made and the design is very nice. Handles and seams are strong. Good size for my use, and I would think it would work great for diapering supplies as well. Some say it is too small for this use, but when my child was in diapers, I had a tote w/ items in the living room and kept the bulk of diapering materials in his room. With the nice dividers I would think it would work great for this purpose and it would look stylish.

The Bad: The buttons inside (used to attach the dividers) are not easy to use as they are very tiny. I had a hard time getting the dividers in place. Turning the item inside out helped. The buttons seemed very secure though and I did not feel that they would detach even though I was pulling pretty hard to button them on to the dividers. Also, the sides collapse in since they are cloth are not very rigid. If I don't have many things inside the tote, the items I put in the side pockets collapse in to the tote. However, I usually have it full, so not a big problem. It would also be nice if the bottom was rigid instead of cloth.

All in All: I would recommend this item to others. I think it is stylish and well made.

Great tote

Absolutely love it! Because I have 'curious' dogs, I can't leave my knitting and crocheting projects out so this tote has been great as I can easily loaded up with my projects, take out to my chair for some t.v. watching, and return it to my craft room when done for the evening. The separators are great for organizing different projects and the option to take the dividers out is plus. The pockets on the sides are great because you can put your smaller supplies (i.e. scissors, hooks, etc.) in them and not worry losing them or having to search in the bottom of the large section for them. The base is sturdy and the handles are a nice length for carrying, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something to carry on your shoulder.
