This stuff was great! I blended it in my Blendtec, so it was very smooth - not gritty as described by others. It tasted very, very good! I put it in almond milk. My only problem with it is that it is SO expensive. For an adult, (and I would drink this every day if I could afford it) you really should double the serving to two scoops (but DON'T double the liquid) In that case you get 6 gm fiber, 14 gms. protein, and 180 calories, plus the milk or juice. But that obviously doubles the cost. haven't given it to my son yet. If he drinks it, I will buy it for him. But I cannot afford it for me....
