I needed a way to cut a hole in tile for faucet stem. Used this tool for a good result. Three inch square ceramic tiles cut very clean. Pricy but quick and would probably work ok in an impact driver like the Bosch.
Try a sample cut first, might not require the rotozip driver.

I bought 1 Chinese set (Neiko 00824A) with 5 hole saws of varying size and this hole saw separately. The Chinese set is basically "junk" and will cut 2 or 3 holes before wearing out. This drill had 3 times the diamond surface of the Chinese drills and was of much higher quality. So far I have drilled 6 holes with the RotoZip drill and it is still going strong.

Cut two holes in porcelain tile with no problems. Started at a slight angle and slowly leveled out while cutting. Minor chipping in the tile around the hole. Cutting surface of hole saw still looks new.
