Purchased two for me and my wife. She loves it and I'm pleased how easy it is to install. The adjustable struts are very helpful on selecting the proper height for our bikes. I did have to spread the bottom part for the struts so I can attach it to the frame. I had to do that with my Topeak Explorer with my other bike as well. So I'm guessing it's normal to do that. The front rod attachment is reasonably easy to install. That took most of my time adjusting them than anything else. The rear light mount worked well with our Planet Bike Blinky 5 (rack adapter is included). Due to the low seat height and small frame on our bike, it doesn't look like we will be able to fit large trunk bags. We did plan to use double panniers anyways.

We took it for a ride today. There weren't any shakes and rattles. All the screws look secured.

Tip/Note
1. Great for bikes with seat stay frames that has rack screws pre-installed.
2. Adapter are included on frames that has a seat stay bridge.
3. Adjustable wrench and metric allen wrench is need.
4. Installation and adjustment took 10-15 est. per bike.
5. Strut height adjustment must be done prior installing especially on bikes with wide tires. The locking screws won't go in if you do it after you install it.

Bike used: Giant Sedona DX Men's Small and Women's Extra-Small Comfort Bicycle.
We bought the silver version.

I really love this rack. I had it on my previous bike and switched it over to my new Townie Electra. It fits both bikes perfectly even though they are very different structurally. It's sturdy, inexpensive, and I love the curvy, retro style. I'm planning to build a wooden box to attach to it to hold stuff. Another review mentioned, the hardware is totally junk. The screws didn't even match...like someone just grabbed an handful of parts and threw them in a bag! And the instructions are totally worthless. Do a search on this bike rack for images and you will be able probably figure out how to attach it to your bike.

Overall this is a pretty stylish bike rack and serves its purpose. Looks great on my vintage Schwinn Letour. Very solid and with the way the frame is built it can hold a decent amount of weight. Installation was OKAY... the arms that attach to the top are kind of difficult to adjust when putting it onto the bike and there was some missing hardware (which really most of the hardware that comes with these racks are crap anyway so that wasn't a huge problem). The main flaw is that the rack is slightly crooked.... its not bent but it almost looks like a mistake that was made when welding it together. Not enough to really notice or for me to go through the hassle of sending it back.. BUT just something I wanted to make note of for other buyers. Despite all of that it is still a pretty awesome looking rear rack.
