I received product and it was missing two picks and the cleaner is leaking. I can't find an easy way to request the messed up stuff be replaced without me having to ship it all back so that is an inconvenience.I like the items that came in good shape. My little girl loves the strap. it is nice. Cross your fingers if you purchase this item, that everything is there and not messed up. The seller did contact me and apologized for the inconvenience. They shipped another entire kit, which I thought was a little much. All I really wanted were the other two guitar picks. The cleaner was nicely packed and double bagged, but funny thing, once again, there was only one pick. So now I have two picks instead of six. I'm letting it go because my little one has decided she's not really interested in guitar. All she wants to do is dance. I would recommend this product, but expect to receive only one pick instead of the three that are pictured.

Looks like someone already returned it once. Package in poor shape and plastic bag inside definitely not new. CD's were already open. Supposed to be three picks, only one included and it was inside CD sleeve. Didn't realize this soon enough to return as it was a gift. I am so glad I opened it first before wrapping. I would have been mortified to give a gift in that shape. As for product use I really can't say. The person I eventually gave it too said it wasn't that great.

I was very disappointed since it only came with one of the three guitar picks but otherwise I was pretty satisfied. If It would have come with the other pieces I would give this five stars instead.

its a pretty good deal. the strings included aren't that GREAT quality, but the other stuff is perfectly fine. a good kit for beginners!
