These envelopes were such a breeze to use; I also appreciate the cost compared to others of similar quantity. We purchased them for our wedding invitations, they arrived quickly and were packed very well!
They were a little see-through with the invitations we created (my husband designed dark blue print on eggshell white cardstock) but it wasn't hard to flip the invitation on its other side so that the white backing was shown through instead of the print. If you have invitations that are double-backed with dark print, I would not recommend this due to the see-through aspect of it, but if you are laid-back and prefer to purchase these to save your money for other things (yoohoo, honeymoon!) I'd say go for it!

These aren't super thick, but they get the job done. We used them for invitations to a casual wedding reception so they were perfect, and a great price! Loved that they had the adhesive strip which saved us time and countless paper cuts to the tongue as well. Another great Amazon.com purchase.
