Let me start saying that I've previously use a colon cleanser before (around 2 years ago) and it worked wonders, especially for losing weight.
This time I bought this one and also the Colonix/Paranil combo to do the entire Colonix program by the book.
The first 2-3 days I've felt kinda bloated and heavy but then you go to the bathroom normally at least once a day, sometimes twice. This is great for me, normally I skip the bathroom for 2-3 days.
At the same time I got into a "no red meat, no milk, no bread, no flour, no soda, no coffee" diet, that way I could accelerate the detoxification process.
Usually I don't drink water at all. I am talking about pure water, not the water you could have in a soda, juices or coffee, if you read about it, you are putting more acidic substances into the body and in consequence dehydrate more. So I did not like drinking at least 4 bottles a day of water, but you notice how good you feel afterwards. Drinking water is the basic principle for the fiber to work.
The KleriTea has a good taste and it could be drink without any sweetener normally.
I was drinking it by itself before I go to sleep.
When I've wake up in the morning sometimes I've felt a little stomach cramp due to the action of the KleriTea during your sleep and after an hour or two I feel to go to the bathroom normally, then I feel ok.
The Paranil pills gave me a nasty feeling but I guess that's just me, I hate swallowing pills, especially 4 at once.
I am 5' 8", was 202 pounds, 35 years old.
After 2 weeks of this balanced diet plus the Colonix program, I've lost 10 pounds right off the bat without exercising at all, just going to work normally 9-5.Read more ›

This tea is awesome no doubt. However, it's not for weight loss so let's be real people. It's to clean you out. I use this tea as "maintenance" and have been using this tea for 3 years. However, what is awful is that now 2 bags cost $89.00. I ordered 2 bags less than 6 months ago and 2 bags were no more than $41 .. this has been the cost for 2 years because that's what I've always paid .. it was more economical to buy 2 together than for just 1 bag... now the price has doubled?? The sellers are rip off artists that's for sure. They know you can't find the tea by itself without purchasing the fiber and the paranil pills with it. Completely not cool to charge so much .. double the price. .. Good luck with that! Unless there's a small jewel in each bag .. .. I won't be buying it.

Follow the directions or you just might have too much going on in the beginning. Whatever bowel cleanse you do in the day, when evening comes, drinking this tea to help get your colon to move the garbage out in the morning is so important. I have used this product seasonally since 2000. You may hear people telling you, oh no, don't use these teas, it will get your system addicted and you'll always need it. I started using this tea when I was trying out "eating vegan" and wanted a total cleanse. Now I just use it every 4 days or so when needed. It's not good to use daily after two months and if you don't need it that often, you shouldn't use it daily. Even if you find that you do need it more, you should ensure you are eating plenty of vegetables, fruits and fiber (I put ground flax seed on my oatmeal or in my protein smoothies). I love the taste of this product so I wish I could drink it every night! :)
