I ordered this stand because it had good reviews and was relatively inexpensive. The material is so thin and flimsy I am afraid I'll break it. I am 5'5" and I can barely get this stand high enough to use comfortably while standing. I keep having to lower the tripod mechanism to make the base wider to keep it from tipping which makes it shorter. It's very tippy even when lowered and when using a fairly light music book. This stand is too flimsy and too short. Very disappointed.

I needed a stand for daily use as I practice cello in a studio. I purchased this stand because the price was right. I honestly wasn't expecting much from it, other than to stand and hold my music. I have been setting it up and breaking it down every day for the past 2 months and it still remains sturdy. It's a very light weight stand, but that's even better for me. The less weight I carry into the studio, the better. I'm very happy with the purchase. I gave it 4 stars because the quality is not the very best. But again, the price is right and it works.

Easy to unfold and fold back up. Carrying case is nice enough with Velcro closure and shoulder strap. Several knobs for adjusting heights. Two metal spring rods for holding sheet music. Recommended.

This is holding up for my 4th grader to use, and it stores away nicely under his bed. A solid shelf for the book would probably be nicer, but then that would take more space. The book holders on the edges are nice to use.

The stand is awesome. My daughter has some difficulty with tightening the knob/joint holding the actual music pages. She was afraid to over tighten the joint. But she's ok with it now. She loves it.
The fact it folds up so easily and is portable is a big plus.

This folding music stand was precisely what I expected; light weight, very portable, and even fits perfectly folded in my guitar case. The only drawback being light duty is that it can accidentally be folded in the wrong direction, and topples over if say you put heavy music binder on it. All in all though, it does what I need it to do and am not disappointed.

The stand itself isn't bad. During the 1st week the plastic ring holding the tightening screw cracked (easily fixed with a plastic pull tie around the outside). However, the nylon carrying case is made of flimsy lightweight nylon material and virtually disintegrated with light in home use. The fabric came apart from the seams with the most careful of useage. Now we have a stand without a carrying bag for concerts!!!
