I used to play trombone. Now I work in the environment consulting field which involves opening up groundwater monitoring well roadbox covers frequently. The road box covers contain threaded bolts. Sediment inevitably finds it's way into the tiny crevasses of the threads in the roadbox which makes it a pain to screw the bolts back in.
But not with this little brush! A couple strokes with this tapered brush and most of that sediment is gone! Makes my job a lot easier and more efficient.

The brush that came with a brass cleaning kit we ordered was too large to fit in the valve holes and mouthpiece. So we ordered this and it works great. My son uses it to clean his trumpet. Although we haven't used it many times, it has been simple and effective. I recommend it.

This product doesn't really need reviewing; however, I believe every brass player should be caring for their mouthpieces so that articulation is free of pressure and that their sound is able to resonate.
