We have a 2 year old black standard poodle. Our groomer suggested trying this product for his teeth and gums. He started to get tarter on his back molars. Using this gel for 3 months daily resulted in perfect white teeth and not having to take him to the vet for a scraping etc meant everything to us. I highly recommend using this. 1 bottle has lasted since April and it's stll half full. Amazon is the best place to purchase. The groomer charged us $30.

A groomer told me about this product and I was skeptical but it really works. I put it on her gums one drop on each side of her mouth once a day and it has really helped her breath and her teeth look cleaner after only a couple of weeks. I would recommend it.

The bottle claims it is tasteless but my dog absolutly seems to be disgusted by it. I am not sure why and I am not brave enough to taste it! I haven't used it long enough to see if there will be any good results.

Since my dog cannot tolerate the taste of this product it is not effective. For dogs that can tolerate the taste this might work but I cannot tell. It is a bit pricey so if you think you want to use this system I would try to find the smallest and cheapest sample and see if your dog can tolerate the taste first.

This product does not work. My dog hated the taste, but I continued to use it for a while. It doesn't live up to the advertising, and when I read the list of ingredients and saw that it contains two types of parabens (not good for animals or humans), I stopped using it and threw it away. I do not understand why manufacturers continue to include toxic chemicals in products for pets to ingest. No wonder so many pets get cancer!

I was in a hurry when I ordered and did not realize this was only the SECOND STEP and I had to also order a pre treatment formula as well. So this may wind up in the dead-end cabinet unless I remember (and want to ) to order the first step next time I get an amazon order together. I guess it's not the fault of the company that I mis understood the need for 2 products. IT MAY WORK BUT BE SURE YOU ORDER BOTH!!!

In honor of dental awareness month (February) I decided to check our pets' teeth. The dogs have great teeth, the cats - not so hot. I started thinking of the dental cleaning - $150 per kitty - and figured that there had to be another way. I'd heard about PlaqClnz, but I thought it was a crock like so many other products that claim to rid our pets' teeth of plaque.

Not a crock. After only a couple of days of putting the gel on our cats' back teeth along with Greenies treats for cats (that also fight tarter), I saw the plaque on their back teeth chipping away.

I was absolutely stunned.

My cats hate it when I go to put this on their teeth (the big babies), but it's quick to do. Just one dot of gel to rub on each side of their mouth (on their teeth) so I can get in and out in a couple seconds. Then I give them their Greenies treats as a thank you for not biting me. They like that part.
