I bought Quilted Northern Ultra Push bathroom tissue since a year or two ago because Consumer Report rated it to be one of the best. But recently I just happened to notice it was getting thinner. I thought I was imagining things or my butt was getting rougher.

Nevertheless, I remembered that I just happened to have an older roll in one of the upstairs bathroom. So I teared one piece off the old version and folded it 4 times. I did the same with one of the newer rolls just recently bought. There was no comparison! The older roll was much thicker and felt much more secure; if you know what I mean. I asked my wife to compare the two. She did not believe it was the same brand!

Wise up Quilted Northern. Just because you had a good product as rated by Consumer Report, don't cheapen it and use exactly the same packaging.

This is my favorite toilet paper. It doesn't hurt. My hands don't slide. Nothing pokes through. Truly, this is the best stuff but how does one review toilet paper. I did find it cheaper at one retail store though.

Reviewing toilet paper can be interesting, but products are out there so consumers will buy them and competition allows other companies to lower their prices so the consumer can get a better deal! Plus, reviewing every day products can be fun.

That being said, my go-to bath tissue is Quilted Northern Ultra Plush because it helps if you have sensitive skin and is the farthest from cardboard that I've encountered. Softest tissue out there and yet still strong for the job.

I've tried many types and kinds...Angel Soft, Cottonelle, Charmin, Store Brand. None of them stack up to QN.

I also do recommend the standard Quilted Northern, but if you have a need for soft bath tissue (problems back there) this product is the one to get.

Quilted Northern is simply the best. Consumer tests confirm this!

Others complained about the price of this toilet tissue... I used the Subscribe & Save feature to bring it down a bit and figured the convenience of regular shipments might make the extra cost worthwhile. My first shipment arrived today, and there was mold on at least two rolls (the first ones I started to remove). I promptly repackaged, arranged a return, and I'm sure Amazon will refund me in full, but much safer to buy locally, I have learned!

Like the other reviewers, I ordered what I thought was a 48 count of TP. I've been satisfied so far with my S&S savings & products but this one left me baffled. As other reviewer stated, by ordering this product through S&S, you are clearly overpaying what you could easily purchase ANYWHERE for at least 1/2 the price, even without a coupon.
I am inactivating this subscription and will carefully monitor any future S&S subscriptions for discrepancies such as this one! Disappointing.

Great product. Very soft. Rolls are thick but fit on a standard toilet paper holder. When I ordered this in January, I received 2 18ct bags of Quilted Northern Bath Tissue Ultra Plush Double Roll for $13.92 through the Subscribe and Save program. This was 36 rolls of toilet paper! It's now April and my family of 3 has not even put a dent in the second bag. Sounds like Amazon made some adjustments to the quantity of the product and may be trying to recover from originally giving the toilet paper away. My deal was great but I will have to reconsider the Subcribe and Save Program for this purchase being that they changed the quantity and cost of the item.

I recently bought a multipack of Quilted Northern Bathroom Tissue that was on sale at Sam's Club. It had been a long time since I had used Quilted Northern and I couldn't help but notice the decrease in quality of the tissues. I am very disappointed and would never purchase Quilted Northern again. Better quality bathroom tissue than this is available at dollar stores.
