This is not a miracle cure, but it was a good aid in reducing my appetite. I am one of the luckier people. Sensa has worked for me. I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months (with moderate exercise, too.) There has definitely been a huge decrease in my appetite.

I have used Sensa on and off for four years, it is very effective if you use it on everything, eat slowly and practice portion control and switch to a primarily high protein /low carb diet.

I seldom use the Sweet side as I have trained my self to just have a truffle or a very small pastry (about 2 in by 2in) rather than cake, pie, or candy.

I don't eat snacks between meals and definitely not after dinner, because I am not hungry.

I have taken the shaker(s) to parties where I shake it on smaller portions and am satiated.

When very overweight people (40-50 lbs) ask me what I am doing, I show them the shaker (in the black pouch) and describe the program but they never try it and keep getting fatter and fatter every time I see them. You can lead a horse to water........

I have a longer review on Amazon on another month's shaker.

I ordered this product at a very good price, and then it was suddenly not available without paying an additional $5. I decided to purchase it anyway, as I want to stay on the program without paying for the whole thing at once. I haven't used month 4 in a long time, so can't recall how it works compared to the other months of Sensa. As for this vendor, watch out for the bait and switch. I wish I had waited a month to purchase from someone else.

I have been using this product since September 2013 and it has help me considerably I was skeptical at first because I have heard another people using other diets and have failed but this isn’t a fad like they like to call them it just a simple powdery substance that you sprinkle on everything you eat.
I have been on this plan for four of six months like and have lost 34 lbs. in 4 months that’s eight and half pounds a month ladies and gents. I have also cut out a lot of the sweet stuff out of my diet I didn’t completely eliminate it just cut out a lot of it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a problem losing weight it is easy no equipment needed just sprinkle it on and eat what you want.
And after the six months if want to continue it just go back and start again with month one and so on……..

Let me warn everyone about month 4. Sensa does work if you stick with it. I was not a large portioned eater, but I really had crazy cravings for sweets; especially when I decreased my exercize routines.

Okay, I want to let those people who don't know about the smell of the salty tastetants in month four. The smell of gouda cheese, or spoiled butter milk, almost did me in. I though the pizza my husband bought had parmesean x 10 on it. Come to find out it was the tastetants. This stuff will make anyone want to eat less of what they are eating; my gosh....

Sensa has worked since day one for me. I have conversed with friends about the product and it does not work for everyone. I have lost weight and the product has changed my eating habits. I am on month three now and still working. I just have to remember to put it on my food when I eat.

buyer beware!!!
do not take this product if you are on lyrica, because is causes a severe reaction
and if you buy this product, buy it on amazon, because it is about one half of the cost, and there is no chance of sensa charging your card again for no reason, and putting you thru the hassle of getting your money back.been there, done that no fun!!!
