Really durable, cheap alternative to a proper Bi-Pod. It is very light, easy to mount and does everything the more expensive metal Bi-Pods do at a very low price. I highly recommend it.

All in all, it's what I expected. It goes on in a few seconds and comes off just as easy. It's small enough when folded up to fit in the case with the rifle so that's nice too.

Just a word of warning: It's very tall. If the bench you're shooting at is already tall, then you're going to struggle to use this bipod. It's the only drawback to it's simplicity.

This bi-pod is nothing compared to an actual bi-pod. But, I think that it was well worth the 7-8 dollars I paid for it. It clamped on to the barrel of my 10/22 easily, and gave my more accuracy without a permanent attachment.

This bipod has a compact and light design. The price is very reasonable. It clamps onto the barrel of my Ruger 10/22. At first I thought that it was going to be on the short side and not accomodate 30 round magazines. This was not the case. The bipod gave enough elevation so the extended magazines worked just fine. I'm not sure if this bipod would work well with heavier caliber rifles. For my purposes, this bipod works just fine.

Liked the design alright (although the spring is a bit on the weaker side, so it actually fell off when I was walking through the woods with it once and I had to go back and find it. The real problem though is that the 2nd time I took it out (after owning it a total of about 3 weeks or something), it shattered at the hinge. You see, the problem is that it has those little interlocking latch thingies halfway up the leg and to disengage them, you have to twist the legs. It was 11 degrees F that morning and I'm sure that contributed to the breakage, but I twisted the legs to get it ready to mount on the gun and it just popped like a brittle piece of wood at the hinge. Seriously, come up with a better way to disengage the leg locking thing because I was stuck out on the hunt with a broken bipod. Now I have to go find a bipod with a better design. I would have been better off never buying this in the first place.

The top tabs of the bi-pod that wrap around the barrel completely snapped off within minutes of shooting. I would not purchase this again.

It looks like most who reviewed this were fair, which is nice. This is an $8 bipod, and for that price if you are expecting more than a couple "snap on" plastic legs, well of course you won't be impressed! That said, for an $8 bipod, it does its job as well as it should. I wanted something I could keep with my little .22 takedown, and this was the perfect product. It is light, cheap, and easy to store with the rifle. I bought one of the wrap-around butt stock shell holders that has a small zippered pouch to hold some small parts. All I have to do is loosen the straps on that pouch and I can slide the folded bipod under the pouch and it will hold it there.

One thing negative I will say is the I was surprised to find that the pivot point where the two pieces are joined is held with a rivet. Since there is no control with a rivet, the spring provides the only tension that is going to hold the bipod to your barrel. With the bipod's feet on the ground, if you push or pull your rifle, and depending on the size of your barrel, the bipod is most likely going to just un-clip itself. In a way this good, because it is either going to slip off, or it is going to break. However, if you are CAREFUL to remember this, the solution to get a better fit is to replace the rivet with a small bolt and a wing nut. A wing nut will allow you to tighten the clamp as much as you want, which can give you a good solid mount, or you can leave it loose enough to slide off if you think you might be moving around a lot. Remember, if you tighten it down, you are relying on that small bit of plastic to take all the abuse, so I would only do this if you are careful not to move the rifle back and forth while the feet are down. If you hold the rifle in position, then lower the feet of the bipod to the ground, you should be fine. If you are careful, you will get a lot of use of this cheap little bipod!

First, i want to say the shipping was fast, it shipped on a Sunday and got here Thursday. I chose standard shipping. But when it came, i opened it and one of the parts that locks together was snapped off. no real problem i guess. nothing that wrapping a rubberband while not in use wont fix. my airsoft sniper i ordered hasn't come yet so i don't know if it fits. made from very sturdy plastic, but the locking part is thin, so its understandable it broke. if it was not broken 4/5 stars. since it is, 3/5. good spring, ok plastic, not so good handling. i am 14 and this is just my honest opinion and review.
