This lifting belt is for real! I've trained several workouts wearing it, and am in love with it. Foremost, it is comfortable from first use. The contoured hips fit between my ribs and pelvis like this belt were designed specifically for my physiology. It's lightweight was a concern at first, but is structurally sound and provides excellent support. The unique one-way Velcro is incredible, allowing for a custom fit seldom found without sacrificing structural integrity. The bio mechanical conical shape of the belt is a welcome addition as it's taper fits the torso like a glove. When I step up to heavy dead lifts or squats, I lock it in and push myself to new PR's. Using this belt has allowed me to increase my 1RM's in the squat and deadlift considerably. Furthermore, the ability to loosen the belt after a set is simple and allows me to maximize my rest periods. When approaching the next set it takes literally 1 second to reset the belt with whatever level of security I require. I highly recommend this product for novice all the way up to the most seasoned lifter. You cannot go wrong with it.

As far as sizing is concerned, I maintain appx a 32 inch waist, so I ordered a small. I prefer a tight lifting belt and if I went with a medium it would be much too large. Moreover, I am 6' 1" and I purchased the 3004 model. The 4.75 inch width in the back provides supreme mobility in addition to support. The widened tabs in the front are perfect for abdominal bracing if you know how to use a lifting belt correctly. Buy this belt, that's all I have to say.

A solid 4 stars. It fits very well, is a great size for a medium lifter like myself (5'8" 185lbs lean, 31" waist) and is very secure. I love the contour fit of this belt and the quality and build is perfect. Great support and perfect for my power lifts. The only downsize for this belt is that it is very difficult to get a VERY tight fit around the waist, but that's because I'm picky. Weirdly enough, my $20 Harbinger belt can tighten very well, but not as rigid.

I used to have lower back issues so I had to ditch the squats/deadlifts for about a year. Then one day I just tried them out, because I missed them so bad, and what do you know, I had no lower back soreness. To be safe, I figured I better get a belt to ensure I don't throw things out of wack. I've gotten schiek products before and am very happy with them, so I figured I'd give their belt a try. This belt is really good, easy to use, and has definitely helped me get back into the flow of things. I wouldn't necessarily go heavier than usual, as some of the leather belts allow you to do, I'd just use this and stick to my normal routine and enjoy the added support it gives me.

My only gripe is that its a little annoying getting the belt off, but given the design I don't see how they could have made it any easier.

Awesome belt. Really contours to my midsection. I've always used leather belts which are great support but always dig into my sides, even the contoure shaped ones. This belt is just as supportive if not more and is super comfy. I can just leave it on the whole workout. The Velcro is probably the strongest Velcro I've ever seen. There's no way it could ever come loose. I got the small. I'm 5'6" at 183lbs with about a 31" waiste and its perfect size. Even if I wear a thick hoodie I have plent of Velcro left. Would recommend to any serious lifter.

This belt is great. Very durable and strong. I haven't had any problems with it slipping, holds great. I recommend getting a size smaller. I am generally a large but I got a medium after reading some reviews. In order to get it snugg a med works great.
