We originally used Columbian CO132 (#10) 4-1/8x9-1/2-Inch Dubl-Vue Window Grip-Seal Security Tinted White Envelopes, 500 Count for our Quickbooks invoices and checks. However, Columbian must be lining the glue with cocaine, as a box of 500 envelopes are over $60 now, plus shipping. Glad to have found these, for about 1/2 the price.

We also use form letters, and with just some slight adjustment to our templates, everything lines up nice. The envelopes are self-sealing, and once closed they stick well. Good quality, great value, simple product.

I am not sure if all are the same, but for my company's use, the 'return address window' is a tad smaller than we are used to and doesn't line up with our QuickBooks-generated invoices return address. Otherwise, glue is good; sticks well. The fit could be my fault; perhaps I should have ordered #9's.

These are perfect for QuickBooks invoices. Plenty of room for several sheets of paper and the address fields line up perfectly. No more licking envelopes, no more pull strips to dispose of, and the seal is good and strong. I will definitely be buying these in the future.

Note: these are not the ones to use for sending out QuickBooks checks. They really need to go out in the #9 envelopes.
