DO NOT BUY THESE-THEY ARE NOT WHAT IS REPRESENTED IN THEIR ADS!
I purchased the Shoes Under and even upgraded to the deluxe version thinking I would get a more sturdy product based on what I saw in their ads. What I received was anything but sturdy. They are little more than flimsy cloth bags with flimsy thin cloth separators and a clear plastic zipper top. They do not keep their shape nor do the separators stay in place. They grossly misrepresent their product. In the ad it appears to be lined with some type of support-perhaps cardboard framing and separator inserts or something of that nature that give them the appearance of holding a nice rectangular shape.
What I received looks nothing like what I saw on their "infomercial" and their website.
Needless to say, I am returning them for a full refund.
actually the rating should be zero stars but it wouldn't let me skip that part.

Sheesh, with all these negative reviews for this type of product I was scared stiff to order it. But I got it. It's great. I've ordered my second one. I'm in the organization zone now. And, I don't like junky things. This isn't junky. It's not a Lexus, but it's a fine under-the-bed shoe storage box. For sure. Even if it pokes its head out from time to time, the canvas exterior is pretty nice looking. I would not pull it out to show my guests on purpose, sure. But it's a nice addition. That's what I think. And you can't beat the smart use of space.

[Update] Okay so my handle also tore off. I think they could improve some design work with that - I got a needle and thread and pushed it through the cardboard. 2 minutes later, we're back in business. Was I disappointed? I guess. Not really. It still works. It still hides the clutter. Again, it's 12 bucks, it looks good, it works fine - no gold star, but still the best option I have found.

The product has no hard dividers or hard sides and bottom that helps keep its shape or to help keep shoes in their place. Heels will not fit unless you remove the cloth dividers which the size is then reduced to holding 6 instead of 12. You can not easily slide this under the bed. Shoes also can move under the cloth dividers. This is NOT at all what I expected. I will be sending it back.

This is advertised as being an underbed chest or box - it has absolutely no support. It's really just a fabric bag with a clear top. I suppose this would be fine if you never needed to take anything out or move it, but it's useless if you need to pull it out as it doesn't keep its shape at all. Bad advertising.

My review won't be much different then others I have read. I purchased mine at Bed Bath and Beyond. The commercial represents it being pulled and pushed like a sturdy box... keeping its shape. Everytime I pull it from under my bed I have to rearrange all of the shoes because it literally is a rectangular flimsy bag with a thin flap separating each pair of shoes. I could have returned it but since it only cost me 8 bucks after my coupon, I figured I would keep it until I find a replacement. But have decided to warn others who are looking for a sturdy item.

So with that being said: If you want a rectangular bag that turns into a "U" shape when you pull the handle this is fine, however if you want the item you see in the infomercials... This is not for you!

I have several issues with this product:

1) The description clearly says the product comes with cedar inserts. I was excited about this because I wear flats without socks a lot and they can get stinky. However, my product didn't come with any cedar inserts!! I specifically chose this product (that cost more) over others because of the cedar.

2) In the picture, the case looks very sturdy. In real life, my product came folded in a padded envelope. It was (and remains) very wrinkled and flimsy. The zipper was already split so I had to work it all the way around to get it closed before I could reopen it.

I am still going to keep the product because I need shoe storage, but I am not happy about the quality of the product.

This is not a handle with care item, as one person wrote, it is a don't handle at all item. I assebled it; actually not a bad design, put in my size 6 1/2 shoes, but only in some of the container, but not all. I left at least three slots empty. I pushed in under my bed, but the first time I pulled it out with the handle (a handle as in pull with handle) the cloth surrounding the box ripped 'oh so very easily' I couldn't believe it.

I purchased this storage case to hold off-season shoes. It has made it from summer to spring. I am generally pleased with it. It may meet your needs well as it did for me.

Pros

1. It is one of the least expensive shoe storage containers I have found. At ~$15 it gives you a high return on investment.
2. You can almost always get two woman's shoes in one slot unless you have thick soles or particularly high heels. You can typically get at least one men's shoe each slot.
3. The space to function ratio is high.
4. The lid is clear plastic so you can see what is inside.
5 There are multiple handles.
6. It fist nicely under a standard height bed foundation.
Cons
1. The overall construction will not stand up to busy use. Some reviewers noted that handles came off and the bag tore. Subsequently I have been careful to slide mine on the floor rather than hoist it by the handles. This seems to work well but does limit the use of the product.
2. The top of the case is thick clear plastic which can reduce circulation. I leave mine partly unzipped for ventilation.
3 The case is not rigid. It flexes and if you try to pick it up by the handles and move with it.
