I liked that fact that it can control all of the devices that I own unlike most universal remotes. It did take some time to configure everything, however once it is setup it works like a dream.

The fact is works and controls all the gadgets is amazing. It is even not hard to set up -- I got it at the first try. They hardest part is to gather the model numbers of the gadgets.
Once set up, I use one key press to turn on the TV and set the source, turn on the yamaha sound system, turn on DVR cable box. Once off-key to turn everything off.

This is an awesome item! I have had one that i bought at best buy over 2 years ago and decided to get one for my dad this christmas. I got a great price and it was here in very little time! But when i received it i noticed that on the box it said REFURB. Now Im no genius but i believe that means refurbished as in broken and now fixed. And don't get me wrong i did get a great price so i wasn't completely mad (just a little). I went to review my order and nowhere on the description, order, or the advertisement did it say refurbished. I Probably would not have bought it if i had known but i don't have time to wait and order a new one. So anyone that is ordering from this company need to be aware that they are not completely honest with there most important product information.
