I have been using this on my son's eczema for the past few days now and I can't believe how much it has helped. My son has had eczema since he was 6 weeks old and we have tried everything and nothing has really helped like the way this has. I first rub this on his skin and then I put Vegetable Glycerin on top of it, I do this twice daily on his arms and legs and 3-4 times a day on his face and hands since his eczema has always been worse there. I love the fact that it is all natural too!!!

So, I am on my third bottle. I understand, from all sorts of input, that this is the best tasting of the fresh flax seed oils offered. I use it daily in the FOCC mixture (Johanna Budwig) for optimal health. There seems to be few ailments that this oil won't help.

I only bought this oil to use on my cast iron skillet, so I can't say anything about the health usage. I read articles on how flaxseed oil will work well on seasoning my cast iron skillet, so that's what I've used it on and I'm SOOOO happy with it!! It has worked so well compared to coconut oil/bacon grease that I've been using. The seasoning turns out hard (not soft and gooey like it used to), and I'm so so pleased. Although, I think it smells worse than the other oils too, while it is burning... If you're looking for an oil to season your cast iron pans with, this is it!

Heavy unfiltered oil, that is not kept refrigerated when purchased, and therefore not as fresh tasting as the refrigerated brands. I thought it tasted a bit sour and lingering, not rancid, just not as light and sweet as what I am used to purchasing from Whole Foods in the refrigerated case.

This product works amazing on my Psoriasis , keeps it in check, I dont like the taste but u can mask it by using it in shakes. I take this 3 x aweek to keep the Psoriasis in check. Highly recommend.
