Fit is perfect and I think they will work well for the water activities we have planned during our vacation.
These Cudas Womens Voyage Water Shoe fits perfectly and they are so cute.
I needed shoes to wear while sailing and I am glad that I tested them out at home before I got on the water.

two main things you should know before you buy: 1) the 'khaki' color is actually a light green, and 2) they run at least a full size large. i had searched the web looking for reviews on this shoe, but only found one, which told me the same thing (so now there are two reviews on the web that say ORDER A SIZE DOWN). i am usually a 7- 7.5, but the 7 is much too big to wear in the water. im going to try the 6, in navy (because the green is cute, but not khaki.)

on close inspection, these shoes arent as cute as the picture makes them look, but for 20 to 30 dollar water shoes that will protect my precious feet from the coral beaches here on okinawa, i think it isnt a bad deal. the rubber sole is clear and you can see the material through it, but again that shouldnt be an issue.

UPDATE: i ordered the 6, and they fit perfectly. haven't worn this set in the water yet, but i know by how snugly they fit that they wont just slip off.

also, i bought the size 11 for my 10.5 sized husband, and found out that the 10 would have been a better idea. whatever you do, don't round up.

DONT USE THE CUDAS WEBSITE. i ordered and paid on the 24th, and they didnt postmark his shoes until the 8th!!! and there is NO contact number on the site!!!! (which means NO CUSTOMER SERVICE). there is just a form to fill out if you want an email reply, which they NEVER replied to.

I read the reviews prior to purchase, but thought I would try these water shoes anyway. Bad idea! My initial use was for water aerobics. They were even slippery on the pool floor. Then I took them on a cruise and took a bad fall on the pool deck. The only use for these shoes would be the beach...as long as you don't walk on any hard surface.

Sizing: This shoe runs a whole size larger so you must order a size smaller than what you usually wear.

The Cudas voyage water shoe deceives the eye--as it does not look like an aqua shoe at first glance. Unfortunately, this shoe is very slippery on wet surfaces-- I almost took a fall thanks to these shoes.

If you're planning on using these shoes to use on sandy surfaces then these shoes would be a good option, but if you need aqua shoes for the poolside or other wet surfaces...keep on looking.

So I bought these TWO years ago as I started looking into barefoot running, but since I live in the city, I can't exactly go out running safely where there's glass and potholes galore! So I bought these thinking "hey, if they don't work, they were only $15(at the time)" So I bought em, and loved em. I hadn't used em in awhile and in the past couple of months have used them in trails, treadmills, streets, and mud puddles, and boy have they held their share of the bargain! I gave it a star off because after a particularly wet mud run, the fabric liner off the insole piece started coming up, but no biggie, just rip it off and continue on, it doesn't ruin the shoe, unless the bottom of your foot minds that there isn't a thin liner of yellow fabric on the foamy insole. Mine don't! The grip on the bottom is like sticky rubber, and it's great, I feel it gives me just the right amount of traction on treadmills and sidewalks, plus it feels just the right amount of cushy! They're great, but they do tend to run a 1/5 size big....just a heads up.

Ive gone through 3 diff brands of water shoes and these by far are the best ones. They are comfy and very cute. I recommend them. Especially if you keep finding water shoes that retain water inside your shoe. Drives me crazy about most water shoes. These are brilliant shoes.

My mother showed up in Key West on our vacation wearing these on our trip out on a boat. Meanwhile I had bought a pair of the standard black zip up watershoes that look like you're going scuba diving. I was immediately jealous and in love with her cute shoes, they have a sort of retro stylish look to them, they're easy to get on and off (but they don't fall off, even if you kick around in the waves). I tested to see if sand got in any worse with these or the "scuba" water shoes I'd brought, and they were equally successful.

The shoes are so darn cute I don't feel they ruin the look like the classic water shoes do. I hate wearing a cute pastel bathing suit and then standing there on the beach with these neoprene black zipped up things - ugly! But these shoes almost add to the look. And on top of that, now that I'm back in NYC, they work just as well as shoes, so I can walk a mile or two in them to Penn Station to take the LIR to the beach and never have to bring a second pair of shoes. From the strutting the streets of New York to the train to the beach - protecting my feet from the mussel beds and broken shells that sometimes cover the sand just where the water breaks.

I don't think any other water shoe could do all this and look so great AND stay on.

I am tall and consequently have long narrow feet, a true size 10 in length, though I often go down to a 9 in sandals because of my narrow width so that sandals won't flop around loosely. But I took the advice of others on here about them running large and ordered a 9, but my toe bumped hard against the end of the shoe, so I sent them back for the 10, which fits perfectly.
