This sling is/was great. The best part about this sling is that the mesh is not slippery and my Mother doesnt slide out of her wheelchair. This one also has a commode opening making her more stable when transfering her with the hoyer.
I bought this sling on Sept 12, 2012 and tonight on December 10, 2012 I noticed it unraveling on one of the seams. Its not the main seam where the straps are, but close and it makes me uneasy. I got online to see what I can do and it says that I cannot return it, nor find out who I can contact about it. I think for $100 this should be 100% safe, after all its like new to me. Could someone please contact me about a replacement?????

This was XL commode sling was purchased for a man who weighs about 375#; it has a 600# capacity and it meets his needs very well. It appears to be of excellent construction. I have purchased Drive Medical slings in the past and have found their knowledge of their products to be excellent. They don't sell directly, but can direct you to suppliers, such as this one. I highly recommend their products.

This is a well made part. I do not yet know how well it will stand up to repeated use but so far excellent. It required me to adapt the adjoining rigging straps but that appears to be no problem. The hassles under the riders rump are great features, allowing adjustments and additional control that I did not have before. Very pleased.
