I found this after I googled "best mop" on the day that my new Cedar roller mop decided to break half way through the job...
Ultimately, some other people had done the leg work and I reaped the rewards because I was quite surprised by the results after I finally found this product in a local store. It really doesn't look like much on the rack but it does the job, and with just hot water! If your concerned about chemicals, I pretreated with a 50/50 vinegar solution the sticky spots and the came up effortlessly. This baby also cleans the baseboards, which saved my additional work, resulting in the time to come here and sing it's praises;)

Easy to wring out (bonus: and your hands stay clean), easy to push around, swings effortlessly into corners and nooks, dries quickly. Head seems durable, though I've used it only twice so far. Good for baseboards. Beats the pants off a Swiffer, to me. Another factor that's important to me is that replacement heads (and the mop itself) are easy to find and cheap at multiple brick-and-mortar stores. I've had no problems with the wringer staying up.

Do follow the directions: Soak head in hot water for five minutes before using; wring it out four times. Possibly, other reviewers who complained about absorbency did not follow that step--I'm not sure--but this mop would not be my first choice for absorbing spills. A rag or sponge mop probably would work better, and faster. But the Libman is excellent for the kind of mopping that is essentially just lightly wiping the floors.

The head cleans nicely with the pull-out spray faucet at my kitchen sink. Or it can be thrown in the wash.

I used to clean homes, so I've used alot o f different mops over the years. I bought the Libman Wonder Mop for my own floors. I think sponge mops are unsanitary. I like the fact that you can wash the mop head every time you use it! I don't put it in the dryer, just let it air dry and it lasts a long time. Great mop!

Consumer Reports rated the Libman Wonder Mop a best buy. I took a chance and ordered for a relative, who hate the sponge type and more expensive proprietary products in the market. I picked this mop by Googling "best mop" too. :-) I had never used a string mop before, and I couldn't see how they did anything but move dirt from one place to another. Now, having used it only once, I have to say, this thing is amazing! It gets into corners and along edges better than anything I have ever used - and that includes a scrub brush! It even got under the front edge of the stove and in the crack between the fridge and cabinet. As a bonus, it cleans the baseboards as you mop. It does a better job at cat hair than either the Swiffer or the sponge mop that I had before (though I still had a few clumps to get with a paper towel). I was a little worried about getting it wrung out, since the review I had read listed that as its one shortcoming, but I actually thought it was easier to wring out than the sponge mop that I had before. I would recommend it to anyone!

The textile heads go limp and don't rinse out well and are sort of wimpy-don't wash well. I would love this mop if the strips were made of microfiber cloth strips the same width as these textile stips. The wringer is a good feature but, yes, if not jamped up firmly it falls down just as you are "getting" into mopping-grr. I still like it over a sponge mop which leaves streaks on my all tile floors or the string mops which are too heavy.

I've been looking for something to use in polishing/cleaning baseboards. My knees have been in bad shape since I was a teenager so it is hard for me to kneel on the floor. This mop caught my attention because of how one can control the length on the end of the mop. I tried it today along with a spray bottle of pledge. It worked out great. In addition to the baseboards, I tried it on some doors. Advantages are being able to adjust the end for various surfaces at different heights, and that you can apply sufficient pressure while cleaning the wood to get into slots cut into the trim. I probably need something smaller to do a better job on the corners, but this did a great job.

I've used a Libman wonder mop for years (and their other products too ) but lately I haven't been able to find them in my usual stores until I found them on Amazon , I found it to be a wonderful product the that does the job well .I use it daily to mop my floors and the chamois like wipers holds water well and even picks up small particles . The best part is that it rinses clean and the built in wringer leaves it damp and ready to hang up to dry .
