When it comes to document storage, the primary goal is to ensure that the pages and information are properly preserved, making it possible to reference the material in the future. Storing documents in binders is one of the most common ways to organize notes, presentations, reports and more. Although binders are beneficial for grouping together a lot of paperwork, it is important to take it one step further and incorporate sheet protectors into the document storage strategy.
Sheet protectors are widely used as a tool to keep documents in their original condition. Once inserted into the holder, the documents instantly have a plastic, protective cover, which will help eliminate damage and tearing while they are being stored. This is especially important for high-use documents that are accessed on a regular basis.
Sheet protectors are available with a pre-punched binding edge, eliminating the need to punch holes in the actual document. The A4 size sheet protector is constructed to fit 11-3/4 x 8-1/4 inch size documents, which is a common size used throughout the world. And the Panoramic Sheet Protector can hold a page 11 x 17 inch.

Panoramic Sheet ProtectorsThe Panoramic Sheet Protector is sealed on three sides like top loading holders, but documents are inserted from the center. The fold-out feature allows the double-wide, panoramic holder to be stored in standard, letter-size binders, while being able to display one 11 x 17 inch page (often called Tabloid, Ledger or ANSI B size) or two 11 x 8-1/2 inch size documents. Once the documents are in place, simply fold the sheet protector along the center to put it back in its original position.
