I'm a cancer survivor. A few years after my adventure with chemotherapy I needed to take a 6-hour long certification test for CISSP. I'd failed this test twice before, and as they cost $545 each time, and I'd run out of corporate endorsements, I didn't want to fail it again. I was having trouble remembering all the obscure facts required of this exam. I'd heard that chemo can affect one's brain but my doctors weren't going to commit to that conclusion. Now, I'm not one to fall for herbal remedies, but along came ginkgo biloba in my local supermarket, marketed as a memory enhancer. It was cheap, so I tried it. Well, as I thought, it didn't do a blessed thing for my memory, but it did do something unexpected, and very wonderful. It completely eliminated the nighttime leg cramps I'd been suffering from since before my chemo! It seems that the herb works by opening up the blood vessels in the extremities, one of which is your head, so more blood to the brain means better memory, or so the marketing goes. In my case, more blood to my feet means no more risking a heart attack by instantly jumping out of bed from a sound sleep to stomp on my feet and untwist my extremely painful leg and foot muscles. My doctors were astounded, and pleased, that I'd found this remedy. They've since tested it and now recommend it for all their chemotherapy patients. I was happy to contribute my little bit for cancer research. The optimal dosage seems to be 120 mg (like this product), not the 30 or 60 mg pills you sometimes see in the supermarkets. Oh, and by the way, I did pass my CISSP test on the third try, but whether it was because my memory was enhanced by ginkgo biloba - I forget.

I use ginkgo and this product fits the bill. I do find that I have had to increase my consumption by 1/2 (used to take 2 pills at same mgs and now with this I take 3 at a time) but even at 3 pills this is still the deal. This product came with new packaging (which means the product is fresher) but as the seller stated, it is the same Sams Club West product

Research recently showed that for this to be effective for hearing issues, you should take 240 mg two time per day. This was a good value and is a great product. Easier to swallow this shape of pills.
