Roland Tartlettes remind me of a shortbread cookie with a smooth jelly filling on top....kind of like thumbprint cookies. Honestly, I love them. The jelly filling is quite sticky so you'll want to brush your teeth after eating them but they look pretty and taste great. Some store bought cookies look too store bought to put on a holiday cookie plate, but if I was short on time, I wouldn't hesitate to use these. I've tried the raspberry and apricot and both were excellent.
