This is heavy gauge and heats evenly. A great addition to your outdoor cookware. I needed something big enough to take advantage of my everest camp chef stove - this fit the bill. Most other griddles were too small.

This is a solid chunk of steel and works great. Holds heat well and sits on top of my camp chef oven well. Would like it to have some kind of dimples or texture on the bottom to prevent sliding a bit better but it is heavy enough to stay put pretty well. Followed the included instructions for seasoning and have had no problems. Very sturdy and did not warp at all even when exposed to high heat for a good deal of time. Highly recommend this griddle.

Fit my Camp Chef Everest extremely well (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004S3HDBO?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_20). Cooking is not terribly even, but that is not necessarily bad. I pushed cooked food to the center to keep warm as I kept cooking over the burners. I would like a little higher lip, particularly when cooking bacon. I had to stay on top of soaking up grease so that it didn't spill over.

Fits the surface of the camp oven cook top but is a major fail for camp cooking because everything falls off it while you stir the potatoes. It has no sides! So yes, you can cook a couple pieces of sausage or bacon and maybe a small pancake but you can forget about hash browns or a full pack of bacon because that's just going to get spilled everywhere!

This griddle is just ok. It's heavy and that's good but it warps really easilly whether you season it or not. Mine is seasoned but still warps if I heat it too quickly. Then it seems to straighten back out when it cools...crazy. Anyway be sure to heat it slowly and it's an ok griddle

I took some sandpaper to all the edges as they had a bit of a burr on them but that was no big deal. I seasoned it in the oven with a couple of coats of Crisco at 500 degrees for an hour and it's ready to go. The steel is heavy compared to an aluminum griddle but i like the heat retention and the heavy gauge steel doesn't warp.
