I have using this spray leave-on detangler for several years (the same bottle). A little goes a long way. I have very fine, straight, full hair below my shoulders.I hold my hair up on the top of my head and give it a few sprays every time after I wash my hair. It makes it much easier to comb without ripping out any of my hair. Often, I skip using a conditioner completely. It does not appear to make my hair heavier or greasy. In fact, I notice no negative aspects of spraying vs. not spraying. I bought it in a store but could not find it anywhere again to replace it so I was excited to see that Amazon has it!

I was unsure how this product would work, but I like it. I love the smell and it works well to manage my long, fine, tangle prone hair! I was afraid it would be too much and make my hair seem grease, bc it says its "silk". But I havent noticed it being any more greasy. Works well! Would order again!

Maybe my standards are too high. This detangler works GREAT for wet hair. But once my hair dries, I don't see a difference. I am caucasian with fine, long hair. I used to use John Frieda Spotlight detangler (they stopped making it). That product was so amazing. It even kept windblown hair from getting tangled (NOT an easy thing to do). So I've been looking for a product that can measure up. So far, I'm still looking...

My 10 yr old daughter has shoulder length, sometimes longer hair. We've used this (when it was called Silk Milk) for years. It works wonders on the inevitable "rat's nest" kids seem to get. Only takes a few sprays not half the bottle like some other detanglers.
