I am one of the youngest members (under 65) of a senior apartment complex. Weekly Bingo is a popular activity, but fussing abounded because the volunteer callers could no longer read the old, faded balls in our game set. If you don't think calling the wrong number or delaying a call is a major problem in life, you haven't played Bingo with little old ladies :) After an evening in which many mistakes were made, tempers flared, and feathers were ruffled, I came home and ordered this set. They arrived in less than a week. Everyone is delighted! The bright colors do not interfere with the clearly marked numbers, and the heavy plastic of the balls make it easy for arthritic fingers to grab. We could not afford a larger, more expensive set. At under $20 our problem was solved, and the Bingo ladies are happy once more.

Now that I've had a chance to use these balls for awhile I can give an honest review of them. The black "paint" that is used to paint the numbers keeps coming off so it's hard to read the numbers.

Very cheap product. Blue balls are dark blue with black numbers, impossible to read. Red and green wore down and became illegible within 6 weeks of use. Would not ever use this product again. You get what you pay for I guess.

Balls are decent replacement balls. Purchased for use in senior citizen's center and would have been better if lettering on balls were larger to be more easily read. Multi-colored balls could be confusing as the set they were accustomed to were of one color but will work. Glad to be able to find the 3/4" balls for the set.

We have Bingo 3 times per week at the assisted living, where I work. The black numbers are very hard to see on the dark blue b-row bingo balls. The numbers on the other colors, are already fading.
