This bar is kind of flimsy, and if you look at the way it's used in the cover shot, that's also the way it's going to bind up your partner, which, if you think about it, may not be exactly what you want. I switched to a full set of inexpensive cuffs with quick-links to connect them, and have found it to be a more effective and flexible solution for not much more money.

My partner is around 125 lbs and 5'4". Both sets of velcro cuffs were too large to hold her, so we just kind of pretended she couldn't slip out. I think this was intended for men even though it's pictured on a woman.

This is fun, and works as described, but only if your perfect weight. My wife and I are bigger people and it was painful for her to be bound up like this. The straps are tight around her legs and we ended up just using it like a standard spreader bar, in that case, works GREAT!!!
All in all, go for it! It's fairly cheep and does work as described, a face down @$$ up bondage. Just be cautious if your a larger user.

Would not acutally work like in the picture. The cuffs pivot toward the bar, making the spread fairly narrow. Cuffs are fairly small; they would take a skinny woman's bicep at the largest. Good enough for a wrist or ankle.

this was a great buy her eyes went owl sized when i pulled this bad boy out and strapped it on her hold pretty well but the cuffs don't have a great range for size doesn't fit small wrists as firmly as i would have liked
