For most of my adult life, I’ve been like many others, scoffing at the working powers of gingko biloba, but recently, at 32 I’ve decided to go back to school and found it really, actually painfully difficult to retain information I learned in class. I started looking into something that could help with memory, and what came up time and time again? You guessed it, gingko biloba. So I said, why not? I have nothing to lost at this point, except my mind, out of sheer frustration. I went with this particular brand because my sister uses a different supplement from the same brand and has been a satisfied customer for quite some time. I started taking them, and within a week I noticed a difference with my memory. Now, you can say it’s psychosomatic but the improvement was definitely apparent and I was able to go over my notes just a bit and be able to remember the information later with little difficulty. I also started taking another supplement for focus and energy, Nootropx - Ultimate Brain Vitamin for Limitless Brain - Mental Focus and Concentration with Memory Enhancement Supplement - Unlock Your Brain Potential and Improve Memory Power ( 90 Caps), and that seems to be “meshing” very well with the GB as I’ve seen a bigger improvement after that. Two months later, and I am very satisfied with the results. I definitely recommend this product!

Iinitially I was concerned with the size of the pill but after I reluctantly took the first one, I found it to be a piece of cake and I didn't have a problem swallowing it. My main problem is remembering to take it twice a day. Once I started to see results just by taking it once a day, I figured things would have to get even better if made an effort to do as instructed ... so I did and things continued to improve. It's a keeper!

As my mother had Alzheimer's, I am always concerned when my brain function doesn't seem to be what it should. I took this product for several years and then decided for some stupid reason to try another product. I have been off this product for about three months and I am really able to see a difference. I was watching a TV show the other night and during a commercial break I couldn't remember what I had been watching. Kind of scary! I am going to reorder and go back to what really works.

I've tried other brands, but for some reason this is the only one that makes a difference for me. Maybe it's the 'Vinpocetine' this one has, I don't know; but the other brands so far just make me feel like I haven't taken a thing. I usually buy this at Costco, was glad to find it here. In addition to improving focus, it actually does improve mood & energy. Also find it gives me that extra bit of 'push' to get things done when my energy isn't so bad but my motivation or endurance is less than optimal.

Key ginkgo twice every day along with b12. I've gotten sick much less over the last great years and my tinnitus has subsided. The addition of vinpocetene I believe is a good addition. I can't say it changed my life, but I believe it has beneficial and I'm not slowing down at 40.

So the way this is designed the ginkgo is in a harder sheall that does not get digested in the stomach. It opens up in the intestine. So there's no unpleasent aftertaste or burps. I have been using ginkgo for about 2 years, the real benefit is in my reflexes - much faster. It also improves my ability to concentrate. I have tried a few brands from Kirkland to Trader Joes, NOW, Dr. Weil, etc. and this is the only one without ANY aftertaste. I will buy this brand again.

I do reccomend this product if you suffer from Tinnitus. I have had Tinnitis since age 12 due to damage in one ear. 3yrs ago the other ear started ring profoundly!!!
