These are really thin plastic construction hats, but they are perfect for parties when you don't want to spend a lot. I printed 2 inch circles for the fronts with names and hot glued them on. For the girls at the party I glued bows on the back of the hats with ribbons hanging down! It fits my 3 year old perfectly and also fit his 6-7 year old cousins.

VERY thing and flimsy but that was to be expected for the price. Got these for a Minion birthday party instead of traditional cone-shaped party hats. Ordered some Minion stickers for the kids to decorate their hats and VOILA! A big hit!

Perfect for a photo booth prop, construction themed. These came as I expected, flimsy and child sized. The smaller headed adults had no problem with them the larger headed crowd couldn't fit in them for sure.

These served their purpose. I bought these for a 2 year old construction themed birthday for decoration/favors, and they were great. They are extremely flimsy, and I wouldn't recommend buying just for the kids to wear, but for decoration or just cheap fun favors, they are perfect! Two-year olds don't really wear hats (or mine doesn't lol) so these were fun for them to try on and throw off, etc.

These were a party favor for my son's 6-year-old birthday. He has a big head and it fit him just fine--perhaps a little snug, but definitely doable and not too small, as other reviewers may have mentioned. They are not a thick plastic, but still lasted for several weeks after the party. We wrote on them with Sharpies and they were a big hit. Just what we needed and perfect at this price.

The hats are great. They were a huge hit at our 3-year-old party. I gave it 4 of 5 stars based on the thinness of the material. Based on what the mind expects after seeing the picture of it, it looks like it would be sturdier plastic. It is exactly as advertised, just thin. It is perfectly fine for a toddler birthday party. If your kids are 5+ you may want to reconsider. It is an excellent addition to a construction site themed party, and the bang for your buck is worth the flimsiness.
