As I read the previous reviews for this particular frame, I was quite skeptical. But as I wanted to order a great-grandma frame, this was the best that I could find. The frame arrived today, 12-19-12, which is about five days sooner than it was expected! And I must say, this picture frame is a lot better looking in person than it is online! It is so simply designed and as such an elegant look to it. I don't find it to be of cheap quality, although the price is really affordable. The frame arrived in one piece, nothing was broken and nothing came unglued. I am quite impressed with this frame and am 100% sure that my grandma-in-law will be too when she opens it on Christmas!

I bought a bunch of these picture frames to give to my friends that threw my baby shower for me. I put a group picture of all of us inside. I thought the frames were really gorgeous and special. I wasn't sure from the website how they would look, but they were nicer than I expected. I liked the "storyboard" frame. I am not a fan of the frames with the frosted glass, the board looked much nicer. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have the same complaint as the previous reviewer. I ordered the frame as a gift from my toddler son to his great grandma. It arrived broken, the front piece fell off as soon as I opened it! It looks like it was very poorly glued. Now, we need to come up with something else as the party is this weekend.

Frame is adorable, but extremely cheap quality. It was already broken before I unwrapped it. The front frame piece that has the writing is poorly glued, and came apart. I tried to see if I would be able to just glue it back but realized that it would keep happening. Sending it back. Very disappointed.

This is a very cute frame. It goes well for boys or girls as it is a pale green or sage color. It is not really a two-step frame as advertised. You don't really see much depth to it but it is definitely still a cute frame and a good deal.

Picture frame arrived today, just in time for my great grandmother's birthday. Would have been perfect but the frame arrived broken!! The front part of the frame fell off-- as if it was very poorly glued on. Now I'm left with no gift as clearly I cannot give a broken frame to anyone!

I was disappointed in my particular shipment. It had spots that looked like someone tried to touch up paint that was chipped and had crumbs from food. The frame itself is lovely, but the quality control of this particular one made me sad, especially since it was a gift. :( I am in a time crunch so, I can't send it back...
