I bought this for my autistic grandson in July 2010 and realize it's been a while. 3 of the metal springs have snapped completely in half. Thankfully my grandson was not hurt. Autistic children sometimes have repetitive behaviors so yes he jumped on it a LOT. But I don't think the springs should be snapping in half. He weighs 50 pounds by the way. I wrote the company to inform them, not to get my money back but just to let them know I felt it was a danger to children and they wrote back to tell me they wouldn't refund my money. I NEVER asked them to. There was no concern for the safety of my grandchild or any offer to even replace the springs which I didn't think of until after I sent the first e-mail. I'm sure the same thing would eventually happen anyway. I will be complaining to Amazon as well as speaking to a customer service supervisor tomorrow. Please don't let your child get hurt using this.

After reading lot of reviews about the "Bazoongi -2009" model(blue one), I decided to buy Bazoongi 2010(orange). My 4-yr old son loves it. He loves jumping on it watching his favorite cartoons.It is big enough(4 ft diameter) for him to jump around freely with out me worrying if he will step on the frame or springs.Also the springs are fully covered by the frame pad. In the 2009 model, I read about some issues about the foam handle peeling off. In this new model, they gave polyester sleeves to cover the foam handle .Some mistakes I made when assembling which can be avoided are, to be sure to have the holes on the frame be "face up" when assembling. Other wise you would have to take it all apart again. Also putting in the last piece of frame to form the circle is a little tricky. My husband and I did it together, by holding it to the side and "pressing the frame down" a little bit. Other than that assembling was easy. Took about forty minutes. Overall I am very happy
with the purchase.

My 3yr old has Autism so a trampoline was a must for us. We originally bought the Alex Little Jumper that is $90 or more. The bungee cord broke after 3 weeks. It took me over a week to finally get in touch with someone at that company. They did send me a replacement but they also let me know that they don't sell replacement cords and they would only give me this one. The new cord broke after 4 months. I searched everywhere online and in all my local stores for a comparable item with no luck. Finally I just decided to invest in a new trampoline.
I found this trampoline for half the cost. I have to say that it is by far a better product. It is much more durable, the safety pad stays put and is much better quality as is the metal frame that holds it. I wish I had seen this one first and saved myself about $90. The only drawbacks are that it is larger and slightly harder to put together.
My advice to you when putting this together is to read the directions carefully and look at the pictures!! We put this thing together and on the last step realized that the circle frame had a specific order, had to take the entire thing apart and start over. The 't' rings that hold the frame have to turn outward for the bar to attach to and they have to be placed together. It certainly does take two or more people to assemble this. My husband had a hard time getting the metal circle frame in place.
I love this product because it's so sturdy and although I was worried about having springs, the pad covers them entirely and is hooked in place underneath so it does not slide around at all. Very safe, very durable and will certainly last a good long time and all for half the price of the others!!!

"I am bouncin just like Tiger" to quote my 5 year old grandaughter, she LOVES this trampoline. I purchased this as a birthday gift and to save one of my chairs she was using as a bouncer.

Kid LOVED - but it was HELL putting it together, it requires marriage counseling

All that said it seems to be a sturdy well made item a little sqeaky and a bit larger than I thought but the kid LOVES it.

5 star fun - zero stars for some assembly required

Update 1-3-12, We are till happily bouncing GD is now age 7 and still loves it : )

The bouncer is great. My three year old loves it already, so that's saying something. It looks adorable as well. However, the assembly instructions for this bouncer could use some work:
1. Remember to have the hole sides of the frame on top when assembling.
2. The two handlebar legs need to be next to each other (not mentioned in instructions and caused us a bunch of work).
3. Putting the handlebar on requires finesse and a couple of tries. You need to gently shake them in.

You'll need two people to set up this thing. It is also quite large so plan on a good bit of space being consumed. Note also, that the product is not foldable (not a big deal in my house but could be if the playroom is smaller).

Seems really sturdy, so I'm looking forward to years of use.

This is large enough for my two and four year olds to jump on, and it's sturdy too. The smaller one (which our physical therapist was bringing) seemed to require my daughter to be very "precise" in jumping (No easy feat with a child with leg problems). this bouncer allows for her being a little clumsy wihtout falling off or landing on the "springs" on the outside of it. Not to mention it's just CUTE ! -- GREAT purchase/// i'm glad I did it.
