These are great trash bags with a pleasant, mild scent.

With 3 kids in diapers, I wanted a scented trash bag, but I did not want one that was overpowering as I am sensitive to smells(and not in a good way). I was also concerned that whatever fragrance was chosen, it would be compatible in a variety of areas in my home(I didnt want a detergent scent in my kitchen).

These are perfect, they offer a slight scent that isnt overpowering, is as compatible in my kitchen as they are in a bedroom. They are high quality, "rip proof"(obviously within reason), drawstring, flexible/expandable bags that we have all come to expect from Glad.

The ability to add them to my Amazon subscribe and save order and have them delivered each month to my door step at a great price just adds to my satisfaction!!!

We purchased these bags in the 130 count with their new "less plastic" formula. What a mistake!! We buy these bags for use in disposing of cat litter and kitchen trash. They need to be strong as the items placed in these bags tends to be messy and you don't want to be handling them once in the trash. We just started to use them and they are all torn at a seam. I think the new formula has weakened these bags so they are now ripped at least 6 inches and spreads easily as it is the seam. The bags are not torn due to a razor or knife opening the boxes. It is just a very weak seam. We are now double bagging which defeats the purpose of "less plastic" and increases our costs. I would like to give negative stars if I could. Buyer beware. Do not buy the new formula with less plastic. We did not purchase them at Amazon but through a local big box store.

I really like that they snap to the top of the bin, but the "strength" of the force flex leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend these, but don't expect the bag to take much punishment before it tears.

Typically I use Kirkland garbage bags that I buy at my local Costco for about fourteen dollars for 200 bags. However, I saw these bags during a recent trip to Costco, which had them on sale for about twelve dollars.

These do work, but no better than the much less expensive Kirkland bags--hence my four star rating. I did not find them to be any sturdier, or to hold appreciably more despite their advertised ability to stretch. To the contrary, I had more difficulty stretching these bags to fit onto my simplehuman trash can than I do with the Kirkland bags.

Bottom line: Since these do not work any better than the Kirkland bags that I have been using, for me they are not worth the extra expense. If you do decide to buy these, shop for price. The current price on Amazon is more than double what my local Costco charges when these bags are on sale.

The bags are ok, a little bit thinner than I thought they should be, but they sure stretch. I have used only a few of them so far, so perhaps later they will proof to be strong. So far - they hold well.

The bags must have been so cheap because they are defective!!!! The bags rip on the seam every time I stretch them around the top of my garbage can. So, I am stuck with hundreds of bags that just don't hold up.

I bought these at Costco because I have like other Glad products. These are awful. The stretchiness is not terribly useful since they rip if there is anything with a corner or a point in the bag. They also tend to rip around the drawstring if the bag is too heavy, so you really can't overfill them. We have trash pick up twice a week, and generally have one bag for each pick up. This did not change with these bags, and I even had to double bag a couple of times (something I had never done before) when the bag sprung a leak. So I didn't use any fewer bags than other brands. When I ran out, I bought a box of the much cheaper Kirkland bags at Costco and they are, so far, a much superior product. This product makes for good marketing, but it is not worth the price.
