I take 2 tablets a day and no longer have pain from a herniated disc. This is the very best product. I take one in the AM and one in the PM. It truly works better than ibuprofen and does not cause stomach ulcers or upset. I take it with food. It also helps with my sinus headaches.

As someone who has dealt with hidradenitis suppurativa for over 20 years, these turmeric supplements have been an amazing anti inflammatory! Of course, no one thing works for everyone but I've personally coupled the tumeric with whole food eating and I've really never felt better!

i have been taking 'source naturals turmeric 1000' for over a month now and it has been the best thing that happened to me in years! i have extensive arthritis and degenerative disc disease which results in a LOT of pain! and even with a combination of 3 different powerful prescription meds to control the neuropathy from the disc disease, i found simple acts of movement to be painful and with limited range of motion. simple acts like getting out of a chair or my car and walking. since adding the turmeric 1000 (with bioperin included) i move freely, without pain, and i feel like myself again! it has been a 'godsend' for me. just last week i was imagining what it would have been like to have this relief 4 years ago! and the other good news is, taking the tablet does not cause any stomach upset, i don't find myself burping it, and it aids digestion tremendously, making elimination easier and more thorough. i highly recommend the combo of turmeric (curcumin) & bioperine, and especially as in this brand.

I saw Source Naturals Tumeric 1000 on Amazon when I went to order another brand of the same potency and thought I'd give it a try. I've tries both brands a couple of times to see if I really saw a difference in my pain. I did feel a difference that this brand helps better. I do believe in changing products about every other bottle. It will be hard to switch off this one !

Great product line from this company that has tested well through independent lab testing. Turmeric is one of those supplements just about everyone should be taking for health.

The pills are a bit large, and tablet form so that makes then a bit trickier to swallow, but not bad. In fact, my wife who used to struggle taking any pill gets these down.

We also give this supplement to our Great Danes and one of them is on chemo as well.
