Excellent choice of mid range drivers. The driver reproduces the mid range frequencies flawlessly. I installed these in a 2002 GMC sierra 1500 standard cab, and the are excellent. I powered them with a Lanzar Vibe 422 2000watt 4 channel amp and set the High pass filter at 125Hz. Thes are very high quality and recommend them for anyone that want truly awesome sound on a budget. I definitely recommend pairing these with the matching Lanzar OPTITW Optidrive 1" titanium dome tweeters. They truly compliment each other. it makes you feel like you are actually in the studio with the performer as they were recording the cd. **SPECIAL NOTE** These drivers have a large magnet and have a mouting depth of 3+inches. Know what the depth of the area is where you are placing these. I have to put a 1" spacer on the rear channels of mine as well as a little cutting on some sheet metal. but it was worth it for the sound I get.

At first i was sceptical about these but after getting and playing them, my scepticism was without cause as they performed beautifully. They are clean and clear! not much midbass though but i strongly believe that my money was well spent. I took them to an electronics store where the main product is jl audio and even the owner was impress with the sound quality of these speakers!! Great buy, won't be a waiste of your money!!!!!

When you buy, you get 1 speaker and one face plate for it. you need 8 screws to hold it down but all in all I love the speaker. Its loud, with great sound and impedance. you just strip the wire and pop it in, no need to crimp connectors on like some other speakers. and the face plate gives the speaker a great look, to go along with great sound.

These were my very first mid bass drivers and to say the least they exceeded my expectations. They are clear, loud, and discreet. The grill has messed metal inlays and a suspended Lanzar logo in cursive. In other words, very visually appealing!
