This CD is great for meditation and massage alike. The extra Tai Chi CD is nice to have as well and I have even used it for massage (it is good if you want something that has a little more of flow. The first track of the Relaxation CD does start off really low and with some water and bird noises. This may be a distraction for some clients, but doesn't last long. Also, don't let the initial volume fool you ... the CD does get loud in places so you may want to turn your player down a little lower than if you were playing other CDs for clients.
