A little thick, I had some trouble dispensing the product through the roller bottle I bought to apply it to the grout. You just have to apply some elbow grease but once its dried, it is solid and seals. It would be nice for them to sell a bottle that dispenses the product evenly on a wheel platform.

Just okay not a permanent fix.

I apply the product as directed, approx. I've cleaned the floor on avg. about once every 2 wk. I use a steam mop and I can see the negative effects it has on the stained grout 9 months later.
