This is a fantastic phone but you must buy the entire Hybrid system for it to work; it will not work as a stand-alone phone.

The phone was fine but requires a "main phone system" to work. It is not a stand-alone phone that can just be plugged into a wall jack. This should have been stated in the product details. Returned for refund.

The item is great and the shipping is great. We just can't get it to program speed call numbers. Instructions with the phone do not address this issue. Was not sure how else to get some help with this problem. Would like to buy more but not until this issue is resolved.
