I took a LOT of these for 3 days and nights lie 1000 mg an hour (always ask Your Doctor or medical professional beofre doing anythib=ng liethis)
But I did that when I started coming down with a bad cold / respiratory aliment that my sister had, My nose stopped running the congestion cleared up , my headache disappeared and I was fine.I had done that for years with great success, Google Linus Pauling's book relating to Vitamin C in order to learn more. He won a nobel prize for his research,
These cause no stomach irritation, were easy for me to swallow despite their size they are soft and went down easily.
I have taken a lot of Vitamin C and have actually had colds and once the flu i got from co-workers to go away completely by taking Massive doses . These are made from natural ingredients , unlike the previous brand I used to but after they started using an ingredient as a lubricator to facilitate manufacturing an ingredient linked to colon cancer..
