Where standard-sized earplugs have me waking up feeling as if my ear canals were violated by a spastic rhesus monkey during the night (sore, stretched-out, wet, and generally funky in a bad way), these earplugs fit comfortably.

They definitely reduce most noises to an acceptable level, and help me get a good night sleep at home, on overnight trains, long flights, hotels with thin walls, parents' and friends' houses, etc. Anyone else find that all their relatives and friends snore? Just me? Carry on, then.

I take them with me whenever I travel. They even help me destress on daytime train rides when I end up stuck near someone who feels the inexplicable need to turn their tinny music UP TO ELEVEN whilst enclosed in a metal tube with other weary travellers. They won't completely drown out the dulcet tones of someone shouting into their cellphone as they describe Aunt Martha's kidney stone, or how horrible their last date was - but they'll help you feel less stabby about it, as it won't feel as if that person is driving each and every syllable directly into your ears.

I've used these for years, and will continue to use them as long as they keep making them.

Edit: I've seen a comment or two referring to how these should be for short women or some silly nonsense like that. Just like how shoe or bra cup size aren't dependent on height or frame (or gender, hee!), so too are our ear canal sizes not dependent on height or frame or gender. I'm 5'11", female, with fairly broad shoulders, and need to use smaller ear plugs. I'm not particularly a fan of pink (nor do I understand why things marketed to women must be pink), but as I don't look at them when they are in use, I don't particularly care that these are fuschia.Read more ›

I can't sleep without these things! They're pretty much perfect, they block the noise of my fish tank's filter and other dull sounds, but I can still hear things like the phone ringing. I feel better about wearing earplugs to bed when I know I'm not totally dead to the world, being completely deaf at night just feels creepy. The size is nice also, very comfortable if you have tighter ear canals. The foam seem softer than most too, they last a long time if you put the old ones in a sock and put the sock full of earplugs in the washing machine on low. Good as new! Let them air dry though, the dryer can cook them, haha.
Definitely reccomend them!!!!

My wife has tremendous trouble sleeping and is noise-sensitive. Many earplugs she has tried tgrough the years get stiff and or scratchy with only a few uses. Other earplugs that retain some resiliency are too long or fat for the size of her ear canal. Too fat causes sore ear canal or pain to build during the night. Too long inlength and pillow friction causes the plugs to loosen and then interrupt sleep.
These Howard Leight earplugs suit her small ear canal best of all types she has tried. Thank you AMAZON for offering them. Our pharmacist used to carry them, but no longer has them in his supply chain, so finding these plugs on AMAZON was just what she needed.
Recommend for persons with similar ear plug experience.

I love these ear plugs! I have tried SO many different types and they have all left my ears sore, hot, and itchy and did not block noise because they didn't fit well. Not so with these. They are shorter, slimmer, and softer than all of the previous earplugs that I have tried, which means that they actually fit and block out noise. They also do not stick out of my ears like all the others, which is great because I am a side sleeper and these are hardly even noticeable when I lay on the side of my head. As for the main reason I bought the earplugs, they do a great job of blocking my husband's extremely loud snoring. No more sleeping in seperate bedrooms. :)

I've used Howard Leight earplugs for years when I ride my motorcycle, but my wife's ear canals were so small, the normal sized plugs just would not fit.

Ordered these based on previous experience with the brand, and was not disappointed. Same quality as my full-sized plugs, but smaller for her ears, and they are a nice pink color. :)

Not much more to say, great quality earplugs, small size for small ear canals, can't be beat.

I have small ears and my husband snores. I have been wearing earplugs to bed for years, and have tried many different brands, materials, and sizes. These are the best earplugs, period. They aren't too long, so they stay in your ear during sleep and don't catch on the pillow. They aren't too wide, so they don't give you ear pain. They have a very soft feeling and aren't too dense, and they also work great! No more waking up from my old earplug falling out, or not fitting correctly, these work perfectly.

These ear plugs are too small, too soft, not firm enough, and it does not stay in ... it keeps popping outward. Humbug for sure. I hope this Seller will read my review and email me the remedy for this purchase. I like the pink color, easy to locate in my bathroom. I will not recommend this purchase to anyone. I hope they could replace this with a more firm, rubber material plugs than this foam material (it collapses) every time I use it. I tried 3 sets from the pack, and all the same results, lousy and cheap ... does not serve the purpose when I shower with it. Seller is asked here to respond to my review please. Thanks!
