We have a Schnauzer-poodle mix, and this product was sold to us by our vet. We've been pleased with the results, and the amazon price is about half the cost of what we paid at the vet's office. One 100g container lasted our dog (15 lbs or so)about 5 or 6 months, as we give one tiny scoop (included) once a day.

It took about 60 days but it has worked well.I use the same brand clear liquid wipe, to wipe the hair under eyes twice a day.I will use each untill no brown hair.Then 1 week a month to keep it clear and wipe once a day, I'm pleased I have tried a number of other things. Oh yes I also used Halo eye drops 11 days . His eyes look bright and no corner stuff.

This tear stain product did work on my dog to eliminate tear stains; however, it also made my dog nauseated. I have quite that we were never able to use, unfortunately, because my dog didn't tolerate this product for very long. She was ok with it at first, but had an increasingly difficult time using it. I finally had to quit giving it to her. I switched to an externally applied product, and we're very happy with that.

I should add that my dog is small and has delicate health. She has difficulty tolerating many things. If you have a hardy dog that rarely has stomach/intestinal issues, this product will probably work just fine. I have no issue with it's effectiveness, only the ability of my dog to tolerate its use.

It seemed to work at first but after several weeks the tear stains came back even worse. Not only that, I figured out that this stuff often made my dog throw up and seem to have an upset stomach. He would refuse to eat food that he had used to love when I mixed this in. I was really hoping it would work as his tear stains are bad but I didn't want to try anything that had antibiotics either. Disappointed. Says "money back guarantee" on the package--a big lie....good luck getting a hold of anyone at this company much less getting money back. ZERO stars for the product and company. No reflection on Amazon though.

I find this product to be very effective. We have a white great pyrenees and he began to have issues and was turning brownish where he licked himself (face, legs etc.). Once we started him on this product he has stayed white. It
took more than one container before it really worked. Now, everyone asks how we keep our dog so white. We use it all the time. The vet said that it was safe.

I ordered this to try to avoid the antibiotics in Angel's Eyes; however, it didn't work on my malti-poo. She quickly developed bad tear stains again after I started using this. So, I have reluctantly switched back to Angel's Eyes.
