My husband loves this stuff. He has severe back pain & spinal problems. We rub it on his back, neck, or knees, and he gets almost instant relief in 15 min. or less.

At 1st I'd just bought it for D3 supplementation for myself, but then had 2 sisters talk about the need for D3 also, and that 1 sister had pain relief from her D3 pills, so we thought we'd try it for the pain relief since we already had it, and it worked!!

I don't think I get nearly as much pain relief (on my plantar fasciitis) as he does on his pains, but evidently it sure works on at least some of us; at that we are VERY grateful for, and hey- he gets his Vit. D3 in while he's getting pain relief. D3 prevents disease & illness of all kinds, very important.

This cream is also good for using as a healthy moisturizer. It also checks out safe as not disturbing hormonal balance (for those of you looking for such).

So in summary:
1) Good D3 supplementation, easy convenient (no pills), and transdermally is supposed to be 10x more absorbable- prevents disease.

Can't even get it to come out.of the pump. Tried for abt 30 minutes & finally gave up. I was looking forward to using this since I have a vitamin D deficiency that goes hand in hand with my MS. Anyone have any suggestions?????

Honestly, this has something in it that made me feel really weird after using it for a few days in a row. I felt groggy and a little ill. I went off it, then back on a few times, thinking it was just all in my head, but it wasn't. I've switched to Now Vit D3 cream and like it better for me.

This cream helps me keep my psoriasis in check. I've been using it for about 2 months. I have Vitamin D deficiency but taking high doses of D alone did not seem to help the skin issues much until I started using the cream combined with using a sun lamp.

I'm using it to sooth my skin while I use medication to get rid of psoriosis or when little spots want to reappear. It definately helps sooth my skin, I'm leaning towards it may be helping suppress psoriosis. It smells like old oil though.

I'm now trying to add vitamin D from vitamin capsules to regular bady lotion to see if that works better. It sure smells better.
