I chose this dust mop because it looked so sturdy, and I liked the idea of a cotton dust mop head. I have just finished cleaning my house this week, and I used this dust mop more than any tool. It is great for dusting cob webs from ceilings and walls as well as getting at dust bunnies and pet hair on hardwood and tile floors. Dust, lint, and cobwebs seem to just cling to this mop. It's sturdy wooden handle makes all surfaces easy to reach. The mop heads go on the handle easily and stay on tight. It is hard to find this type of mop in the stores. I am glad I came across it at Amazon

The picture shows a metal wire attached to a wood mop handle with metal. It is actually attached with plastic and looks like it is going to break soon. I wanted this dustmop because my mother and grandmother had the same and it was a workhorse. Not as well made by far.

Not quite what I was expecting. Last time I purchased these was several years ago and they were much heavier and thicker strands than these. I guess they will do the job, but not as well as the previous ones. These are very thin and flimsy and cheaply made. Seems to be the only type of mop head available nowadays unless you want to spend a lot more money on a commercial grade super heavy duty mop head. These will have to do but I'm not expecting them to last very long.
