don't waste your money on this piece of junk. the support tube is a loose fit in the table and the base. with only two set screws to secure each one, it is impossible to tighten without both the base and the table rocking and tilting. it will have to be welded to be serviceable. would not recommend anyone spend $72 on this poorly made junk. I wasted my money.

Very poorly made. They gave me a refund, which I appreciate. The gap between the stand and upright was about .090 inch. The three set screws that attache the stand to the upright don't provide a good connection because of the gap.

Weak overall. The only cast iron part was the foot, and it does not extend up the central post enough to aid in support. Better made free standing units. I wouldn't use this on any grinder over 6" wheels; it's just too dangerous.

First of all this is the 2nd buffalo grinder stand that i have bought and i can tell you this is not the same as the first one! My first one is all cast iron not cheap rolled steel that you can bend with your hand. The stand that you see is not what you get . If i was Amazon i would definitely remove it until they (Buffalo) get the description right! As a long term Amazon shopper i know they makes things right but Shoppers like me rely on honest merchandise description and this description is not even close. so future buyers Beware of this Stand. I might add its such a hassle returning things and then you have to reorder something else.

Run and forget you ever noticed this product. I bought the bench grinder by the same company and had to build my own mounts to be used with this stand. There are mounting bolts and brackets included, but not sure for what brands and/or products.

If you bolt the pedestal to a small plywood base, no problems. Also, tighten the screws into the metal stand components very tightly with some pliers and it works. I have a couple of these working fine this way with Dewalt grinders. Yes, it takes some tweaking, but really no issues with this product if it is secured properly.

Don't buy this stand! First off, the description states it weighs 35 lbs. when actually, while still in the box it weighs less than 21 lbs. Where did the 14 lbs go? Evaporation? It states it is made of cast iron, well at least the base is. The rest of the stand is made of cheap thin gauge metal. Lastly, where the pipe attaches to the base and top, it is so loose, you cannot tighten the screws enough to keep it from wiggling. If you tried, all that would happen is you would collapse the tubing due to it being so thin walled. I am sending this junk back.
