If you are looking at this review, chances are that you already know what DIM is, if you didn't, DIM is a potent antioxidant derived from brassica vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and collard greens. It is so good indeed that official studies have begun on it's anti-carcinogenic properties, also, it's a wonderful aid in controlling excess of estrogen in the body, I take it mainly because of that, in today's world we live in an estrogen ridden environment, everything from plastic in water bottles, to canned foods (the lining inside the cans) and pipes in household plumbing are always increasing the levels of estrogen in our bodies.

You can find dozens of DIM brands here on Amazon, what makes this one stand out??? Virtually all of the other DIM presentations come in 30cap/100mg bottles, CFN's offering comes in 60cap/200mg bottles.

Quality and Value are gold in my book.

For a couple of months now I've switched brands, I am now taking the DIM sold by Source Naturals, while being half the concentration only, 100mg(180tabs), it has other added ingredients that facilitate DIM absorption in the body and I'm getting outstanding results with it.

Whatever your choice, CFN or Source Naturals, always be protecting your body against both natural and synthetic estrogens.

to all sisters out there! ALL THE WOMEN, READ ON! i'm shocked, disgusted and appalled DIM is not more well known or recommended to women who have PMS symptoms (and most likely are estrogen dominant) this stuff W-O-R-K-S! your doc won't mention it to you, probably he has no idea it even exists, so the only way you can find out about this is to do a search online, but what do you search for if you don't know it exists? plus, honestly, my whole LIFE i was made to believe that PMS is NORMAL for some women to ENDURE, so i never looked up to see if there was anything to HELP with it! well, IT MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT NORMAL! nor should you endure it! if the cause of your symptoms is too much estrogen, take a frigging DIM pill, get better and MOVE ON with your life, like i wish i had done 20 years ago!
i'm not recommending this specific brand, but it was cheap, i wanted to try it without blowing 1/2 a million dollar on a product and it worked fine. you might like to try another brand, go for it... either way, try it!

I ordered this on the advice of a naturapath and it has made such an enormous difference in my life! I mean I could almost use the word miracle here. Before, extreem cramps, pain and heavy heavy flow. Night sweats too. Now what I would call normal. Minimal pain with cycle and much less flow. I really cant say how much this has helped. I was at the point of a hysterectomy. I love that this product isn't just treating the symptoms of my problem but the problem itself. Too much estrogen. Not only am I helping myself every month, I feel like I'm helping myself in the long run from those estrogen driven diseases and cancers. If you are having trouble at all,I highly recommend this product. It really has changed my world :)

I take Prescription HRT and when it comes to asking a lot of doctors about balancing my estrogen with prescription estrogen blockers, most look at me like I am asking for something outside of their medical knowledge. So, I started researching ways to reduce my estrogen naturally and DIM was highly suggested by many homeopathic practitioners. Back last summer 2014, my estodiol numbers were very high and now since consistently taking 200mg of DIM daily, my estrogen is back to normal range while consistently maintaining my HRT therapy. I highly recommend having your estrogen checked every three months and if it's high, start on DIM and it'll amaze you how it will flush the estrogen out of your body and allow the testosterone to bind to your receptors like it should.

I love this product so much. It started working its miracle the first week I started it as I received it the day my monthly "visitor" arrives. . Im really glad I found it as I wanted a product with DIM only to see what the ingredient does on its own so I didn't need to figure out what ingredient was doing what, You know? Well, I really needed this for my difficult menses that had been going on for years. I didnt know all those years I had all the signs of estrogen dominance until I happened upon someone's website one day. So now, I can honestly and truly say, my cycle was a dream (I had only one bad day versus three weeks) and Ive been in the clear without the messiness and another big rush of flow for nearly a week now. Incredible! Ive also noticed a beautiful difference in my skin and the thick wrinkle between my eyebrows is GONE. Now the other day, I began to take notice of the laugh lines around my face Really! On one side I had two long ones and surely one of them is GONE. It also appears the one that are left have shortened. My breasts also seem to getting a much NEEDED benefit as well. IAnother test for me with this product is to regain my muscle mass I had lost, thinning hair and the growth of unwanted facial hair on my jawlines, my chin, and under my chin. Ive been really recommending this product.
