I bought twenty of these based on non-Amazon reviews. Even another online retailer recommended this brand. Took the gamble and purchased a few to test. I cannot tell the difference between this brand and the Fender stock. The item is full size and looks and feels solid. I have not had it long enough to quantify and qualify its reliability and durability. I recommend them based on the feel of the product and guitar expert sites.

BTW, I bought the solid shaft which requires a knob with a side screw. If you plan on using the regular push in knob, be sure to select the split end shaft. Cheers.

Works great - I have no complaints

It works great and I have no complaints. Look at the picture carefully and see what you are buying, and that's exactly what they sent me. It clearly describes this product as Linear, and it is, and if that's what you want, also notice the shaft. It is short and smooth, so you would need the right kind of knob to fit properly. Also notice the tab, which serves the purpose of keeping the potentiometer from turning when there is a small hole for it to go into, and if you don't want this, it can be fairly easily removed. My only complaint is that they don't make a 10-meg version.

Difficult to turn when the nut is tight. Seems like a strange design flaw to me, but I just threw some loctite on it and left it less than 1/6 turn tight. Also, ungrooved poles are compatible with almost no standard knobs.

Good pots, but wrong shaft

I think it was my fault not reading the details, but I ordered the smooth shaft pots when I thought I was getting knurled shaft pots. I have been using Alpha pots for a while now and for the price vs the quality you can't beat them. Very smooth action and really low priced.

i looked everywhere at just about every replacement pot out there and by far these are the best ,
the output on these are great! they are the smoothest feeling and sounding pot i've ever used,
hands down the best,I can't say enough about them.
if this is you're first time shopping for pot's take it from me, you wont be dis appointed, just make sure you have the right shaft
length to stick out far enough so your knobs will attach to them,
