I ordered this product for my brother after he made the devastating choice to put his dog to sleep. It's hard to heal a broken heart, but I wanted to get him something to try to help. This product is exactly as is shown, very nicely crafted, and high quality. It comes in a very nice gift box as well. I would recommend this product solely on the quality alone, but the service I got from Expressly Yours deserves a special mention. I sent them a picture of his dog so they could print it out assuming that they probably had a better photo printer than I did. Not only did they do that, but they photoshopped the picture, removing the unnecessary background and made it look 100 times better than the photo I provided. They sent me a proof of the picture to let me know about the changes they made. I should mention that they did all this without any additional charges. And they shipped it out the same day I ordered. I could not be happier with this seller or the product.

i loved it. when my baby Jak passed away i wanted to remember him by with something special. i found this and even though it was for the price as it was i went out on a limb and got it. i am extremely satisfied with the decision. the people there are not the usual consumer hungry business. they actually care and help you remember your beloved one. i sent them the best picture i had of my Jak and they sent me an email saying they felt that they could have done better on the photo but felt like i should see the result and when their best artist comes back from a trip they will try my picture again no cost to me. i appreciate the honestly and thoughts they had for me. They could have just giving me the first picture and been done with that but they insisted they would re-due it again for me and send me the second results later. i just received them and is grateful they redid it. i recommend this to anyone who lost their beloved pet and wish to frame their memory of them. Great product, great company!

This pet memorial was far above what I anticipated. The picture I sent for it was not of the best quality, had some unwanted background, and even had a small piece of one ear cut off. The picture after Joan's revision was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this to anyone that has lost a beloved pet.

My sweet yorkie, Teddy passed away on May 10th in his sleep. My husband and I were devastated. I had ordered this keepsake for a friend when her yorkie died of heart failure and she loved it. I knew my husband would love it too, so I ordered it to surprise him. Joan photoshopped 2 pictures of my little boy and sent an additional picture at no charge. Her work is amazing!!! I surprised my husband with the frame and picture tonight and we both had a good cry over our little boy. Expressly Yours is wonderful and I wholeheartedly endorse their business. Not only are their products awesome, but their customer service is impeccable. They have hearts of gold and love animals as much as we do. Thanks again for a helping create a beautiful tribute to my Teddy.
