Good stuff to use to grounds your shack from RF

I am a ham radio operator and my shack is on the 2nd floor of my home which elliminated grounding my radios conventionally. So I used this braid and a long piece of copper pipe to RF ground my radios together and it works really well. I still unplug the antennas and power connectors from my radios during storms.

Better than buying a Pre-made ground strap

I needed a ground strap for My Ham Antenna Mount on my truck, While there are pre-made straps out there, the best conductor is copper. Buying this allowed me to make my own ground strap, add to it shrink tubing and it assisted me in creating the best possible ground strap, for the price of a 12" strap I was able to use what I needed leaving me enough to make several more. Being copper it is a much better ground strap allowing me to get a 1:1 SWR on the antenna. I highly recommend this

Met my expectations

I used this to make a grounded nitrogen supply hose for a customer to allow them to fill the air gap space in their liquid drumming operation with nitrogen and not require a separate ground strap for the nozzle used to dispense the nitrogen. The container being treated still needs to be grounded separately as the nitrogen wand is grounded and will cause a spark if the container is not treated as potentially electrified with static electricity.

The flat copper braid made a very handsome nitrogen supply line, just be aware that it is shorter when covering a 1/4" supply hose, than its flat length.

Good grounding wire

I was looking for a grounding wire I could use for welding odd shaped materials that I couldn't get my clamp on. Got this wire (25'), cut it into 3 pieces and braided them together. Makes a great grounding cable.

Great braid and great price. I needed a small portion of this bare copper braid for a project. It is for looks not function. So, I can't speak to how well it grounds or conducts. But, it looks great, and the few other places that had this wanted to sell huge lots. This gives me what I needed and a bit more just in case. Glad I found it.

Like it and I want more

I like this for it's practicality and I plan to order more. Wish I could find this in a larger diameter and longer width at a similar reasonable price. Those last two items are not faults of the vendor but availability. Vendor did a very good job of satisfying my initial request in a timely cost effective manner. The product was a excellent quality.
